Boris Boguslavskiy, DNP, APRN, AGNP-C is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Specializing in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology and Venous Disease. Boris has over 20 years of experience and completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice (Population Health Management) at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
Boris earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Finance from City University of New York, Brooklyn College, concentrating in Healthcare Administration. He completed his R.N. at Mount Sinai Beth Israel School of Nursing and his Master’s in Nursing (Adult & Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) at Long Island University.
Boris has extensive clinical and administrative experience in Interventional Cardiology and Emergency Medicine and has had both clinical and leadership positions at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Chinatown Cardiology. He has worked for 5 years as a R.N. in the Division of Cardiology at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel where he nurtured his passion for caring for patients with advanced heart & vascular disease. For the past 10 years he has practiced Interventional Cardiology and Vein Disease Management in several independent practices in New York, Florida and Arizona. He is dedicated to serving the underserved and abolishing health disparities in communities of color. He has personally coordinated and developed clinical practices in these communities and successfully improved the Heart & Vascular care of his patients.
He is a dedicated family man and father of 2 young children. As he returns to New York to raise his family he brings his dedication and expertise to Sorin Medical to improve access and quality of care in underserved communities.
