Dr. Khullar is a Medical Director and Venous Disease Program Director at Sorin Medical. He has extensive expertise in vascular medicine and vascular interventional procedures and is board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Interpretation, Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. Khullar graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, followed Cum Laude with a Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York – Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 2009. He then completed his residency and three fellowships at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in vascular medicine & endovascular interventions, interventional cardiology, and cardiovascular disease.
As a respected member of the medical community, he has presented on and co-authored several publications related to heart failure and peripheral arterial disease. Dr. Khullar joined Sorin Medical in 2017. He also currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University and is a staff physician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Passionate about serving diverse communities, Dr. Khullar speaks four different languages and treats every patient with a human-centered, preventative care approach.
