Sorin Medical, the largest and fastest growing Cardiology practice in NYC is looking for call center representatives who are fully bilingual in Spanish/Russian.

Job responsibilities include the following:
- Field inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls
- Ability to utilize EMR system and inter office communication systems
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties including but not limited to word processing, copying, filing, faxing, answering phones and data entry
