Sorin Medical, the largest and fastest growing Cardiology practice in NYC, is seeking certified Medical Assistants who work well in a fast-paced environment. Must be ambitious, organized, outgoing, and willing to travel. Sorin Medical is the largest private Cardiology practice in NY, with offices in all five boroughs. Positions are available at all locations.
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Patient Intake and Vital Signs
- Phlebotomy
- Basic patient care and instruction
- Medication Verification
- Patient flow direction
- Exam Room restock and setup
- Front desk work, as needed
Requirements:
- Full certification in Phlebotomy, EKG, Vital Signs, Injections, etc.
- Certificate of Medical Assistant from an Accredited school
Special Consideration:
- Fully Bilingual in Spanish/Russian
- Prior knowledge of EMR systems preferred
Schedule:
8 hour shift ( 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, 8AM-4:30PM, 9AM-5:30PM)
